how can I make my brownies thin, dry on top but moist inside?
I always end up with brownies moist on top and almost cake like, I want the top to be dry.. any foolproof recipe that will yield this result?
I make these brownies all the time. I like a dry top too, I have never had these turn out otherwise. They are simple and delicious I hope you like them.
1 cup butter
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all the ingrediants and pour into a greased 13x9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Try to eliminate simple sugars or starches (white bread, pasta, soda, candy); these cause insulin to spike which can cause breakouts. Also, try to gradually replace saturated fats with healthier fats like monounsaturated or polyunsaturated, omega-3s (fish oil) are even better for mens skincare because they have profound anti inflammitory and skin healing properties. Exercise keeps your hormones balanced properly, as well as cause your heart to work harder, which cleans out toxins from the skin and other organs like the liver, that affect skin appearance.
