The S.E.A.Ls?

I wanna join the navy ,right?My main goal is for the SEALs , there P.T (Personnal training) i can do , and yes i am a smart person...but i'ma bit of a ESE student (one of the slower thinking people).

Try the special boat units, such as SWCC. You sound like you still have some growing up to do. Graduate high school first and go through basic. One step at a time. Basic itself will be a wake up call for you, ie. Physical Training or PT. Then take a SEAL challenge. Just be warned, if you don't like the Navy, and some don't, if you drop yourself from Seal training you are required to extend you enlistment.

PJs are no joke. They are highly trained and more rare than Seals. Either way, you better love learning fast because they jam it down your throat under severe pressure and conditions.

Apache trained Knife Fighter VS Navy SEAL?

What would happen if an Apache Knife Fighting Warrior were to have a knife fight with a Navy SEAL? Who would win?

the apache would mast likely not even be able to find the seal. if you see a seal, then they did something wrong, and they don't usually make mistakes. it would be a close fight, what it would all come down to is just what kind of training and gear that particular seal has on him. he may just have a standard issue knife, a tomahawk, or he could just be carrying his own knife. one sure advantage that the seal would have is modern day fighting skills that combine all different type of fighting tactics, and modern day body armor and camouflage. taking all of this into consideration, even though i don't know very much about the apache, i have to give the fight to the seal. sorry but i just can't see it any other way.

We should re-design humans because they simply cannot evolve fast enough to change with the modernization of civilization. Do you remember the James Bond Movie where the characters put a little device in their mouths allowing them to breath underwater? Well, it just so happens that they now exist and work quite well. Indeed, it would be very easy to use some of that junk DNA to grow gills or even implant such a device.

Crazy you say? Well do not let your religion get in the way, it can be done and if Al Gore is right, well your living room will be underwater by 2010; Water World, here we come and you thought convenience was all about truth? Why shouldn't humans have gills when living on a Planet with 75% of the land mass covered by water? One Christian Gentleman said that if God wanted man to have wings or gills, he would have provided for that, end of subject.

Is it really the end of the subject or are we just getting started here? It is nice to fly in aircraft, drive in cars and swim in the water, but humans are lacking in the water, what if they could swim under the water without the need for air. Did you know that most of the deaths caused by catastrophic Mother Nature events are from drowning? Hundreds of thousands of lived could be saved each year and the gills could be used as needed.

Indeed as much as this sounds like Sci Fi, which is why I wrote the article, still there are applications for this such as rescue swimmers or devices that are "Human Gill" and would be inserted as implants that could be used by Navy Seals, some say they are half fish anyway? Think on this.

Do you want to know how YOUR hard earned dollars the government uses is being spent? These are facts that I see with my own eyes every day.  I am not jealous and that is not the purpose of this article. I am a retired Marine and I choose to live in Okinawa, Japan where I spent most of my military career. 

My retirement pay doesn't go very far with our dollar floundering around 89 to 90 yen to the dollar. A comfortable and fair rate would be 110-115 yen to the dollar. (See link below) Believe me those few yen to the dollar make a huge difference. It's the difference where $10,000 could buy you 1,100,000 or 890,000. It may even appear that the trade imbalance looks better or worse depending on whose perspective we look at it.  On paper it probably does look like the imbalance may look better. It's still an imbalance in products. These comments are still not what this report concerns.

Here in Okinawa the military personnel are compensated for being in a foreign country and living on the local economy by receiving extra pay for cost of living allowance. Even stateside they receive some extra COLA depending on the local economy and the cost of living in that part of the country. That's great and not a problem whatsoever. When you get into foreign relations and one military in another's country it becomes blurry to the uninformed on which country is paying for what. Some people believe the Japanese taxpayers are paying for the US military here and others think the US taxpayers are paying big money.  For this article it doesn't really matter where the money is coming from it is still wasteful spending and your money is involved with these payments in one way or another.

The point of this article is to tell you that homes and apartments here are being built like wildfire, The reason for all of this construction is to provide housing for American Servicemen. There are many absolutely beautiful dwellings in great scenic locations. The problem that I see is similar Japanese homes that may rent for $1500.00-2000.00 to Japanese people are being rented by you the American taxpayer for rates of $3000.00-5000.00a month. 

If that isn't an outrage to you and your money, then I guess not too much would surprise you. The local home owners are able to pay their $600,000+ mortgages off in five to seven years, which as some of you may know is when the a large portion of the military here in Okinawa will mostly be re-deployed to Guam. The owners will be able to lower the rents to where locals will be able to afford a reasonable rate. The homes are so overpriced that very few of the local residents could or would live in them.

I am not trying to upset any military personnel with this report, however there need to be limits to some of the wasteful spending. The local home owners are not charging that kind of money. The government or governments are giving the military, and especially Department of Defense school teachers that kind of money for housing allowances.

There are worse things happening all around us. This one has me upset and I see it with my own eyes, so I decided to report it to you.

For years now I have been search to find a way to work from home. There are so many people trying to sell many ideas. I've tried a few and lost every time.
